Delivery is FREE for inner-Bangkok Area. For deliveries beyond this area, we will use TNT Express service and deliveries will be charged at cost. We will use all reasonable endeavors to adhere to the delivery times as set out for each product on the website and provide as prompt a delivery as possible. You will be contacted by phone or email to confirm precise details.

A valid I.D. of the person placing (or receiving, in the case of a gift) the order must be presented to the delivery personnel. All deliveries must be signed for. A photo of the delivery may also be taken to verify goods received in certain instances. Please notify our customer service officer if you will be designating a representative to receive the goods on your behalf.

  • Orders are generally delivered within 2-3 working days from date payment is received and order is confirmed (for specific delivery times, please check with our customer service officer).
  • We will endeavor to provide express delivery service where possible and if requested by the customer; though additional charges may apply. (please note in the ‘Additional Instructions:’ when placing your order or notify our customer service team.

Credit card processing will be completed via a mobile credit-card processor brought to you by the delivery personnel. Real-time credit card processing will be available from February 2008. Please verify the amount prior to payment and check with our customer service officer shall you have any questions.

(3) a bank branch counter to one of the following bank accounts:
