The quoted price includes any relevant taxes, including VAT, and duties. As the price of our offerings is influenced by a variety of factors (eg. foreign exchange rates, fuel surcharges), we reserve the right to alter the price of products and services at any time without prior notice.
Delivery
Delivery is FREE for the inner-Bangkok Area. Please contact us regarding deliveries beyond this area. We will use all reasonable endeavors to adhere to the delivery times as set out for each product on the website. You will be contacted by phone or email to confirm precise details.
A valid I.D. of the person placing (or receiving, in the case of a gift) the order must be presented to the delivery personnel. All deliveries must be signed for. A photo of the delivery may also be taken to verify goods received in certain instances. Please notify our customer service officer if you will be designating a representative to receive the goods on your behalf.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. Certain popular items may be on order from the manufacturers or are awaiting stock information from one or more of our suppliers. If the item you require is on backorder, we will notify you immediately by e-mail or phone, and you will have the option to cancel the item from your order and we will refund you in full.
Credit Card Safety – Secure Transactions
Online credit/debit card transactions are handled by using Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) which is the standard for secure connections over the Internet (coming online in March 2007). We do not store any payment details.

Satisfaction Guaranteed! www.kadzma.com wants you to be happy every time you shop with us. Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we will offer you a prompt replacement. However, you must return the damaged or defective product in full (including packaging) and this must be received by us within 7 days of delivery to you. In order to return a damaged or defective product, please notify our friendly Customer Service Team prior to sending the damaged or defective item between 8.30am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday at the contact number provided below, provide the necessary details, and agree on a time and place for us to pick-up the goods. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
Returned goods are to be accompanied by a signed note showing the order number, your name, contact number, e-mail address, and a copy of the receipt enclosed with your goods, along with the reason for return. Upon receipt and verification of the goods, we will then issue a full refund for the price of the item/s.
